Managing Director and Valuer
Darren joined Bruce Leigh in 1988 with the formation of Bruce Leigh Associates and became a Fellow of the AVLP in 1997. In November 2006 Darren completed a management buy out and formed BLA Valuers Ltd. Darren has vast experience in the valuation, inspection and negotiation of Fixtures and Fittings for the transfer of tenancies, leases, and freehold sites and is involved with all aspects of the business and covers the whole of the UK.
Bruce A Leigh

Valuer
Bruce is a Chartered Surveyor and has some 40+ years vast experience in the valuation and negotiation of Fixtures and Fittings. Bruce is now semi retired but his expertise is available to call upon when needed.
Chris J Murphy

Valuer
Chris has been involved in the valuation of F&F for tenancy & lease transfer for 30+ years. Formally with Sidney Phillips, Chris has been with us since 1998 and runs our South West office where he liaises with our Plymouth Office and covers the South and South West of England.
Plus excellent support staff who keep the office administration and accounts running smoothly.
